📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone and email.
• Process and manage customer data using our in-house CRM system.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
• Monitor and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to customer service and data privacy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid SIM card and reliable transportation to and from the office.
