📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize import and export processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient trade operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all import and export transactions.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Monitor and analyze trade data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, customers, and shipping agents.
• Prepare and submit required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in global trade and logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import and export operations, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics company.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Proficient in using trade management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
