🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the retail or jewellery industry.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Strong knowledge of crystal jewellery and its properties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
