📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging phonics lessons tailored to the needs of individual students.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and educators.
• Utilize educational software such as Starfall, Reading Eggs, and Phonics Play to enhance learning experiences.
• Collaborate with a team of dedicated educators to create a comprehensive and supportive learning environment.
• Stay updated on the latest phonics teaching methodologies and best practices.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your teaching skills.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that fosters student growth and confidence.
• Assist with the organization and preparation of teaching materials and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching phonics or a related subject to young learners.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education or a similar relevant certification.
• Strong knowledge of phonics principles and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for working with children and a commitment to their educational growth.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
