📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for mining expansion across our operational sites in Bangka Belitung.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new mining projects.
• Manage the exploration, development, and production phases of mining projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of mining engineers, geologists, and project managers.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, and industry partners.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to mining operations and expansion.
• Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements in the mining sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining operations and expansion, with a proven track record in leading large-scale mining projects.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ESG principles and their application in mining operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
• Knowledge of mining software and tools, such as Surpac, Vulcan, or similar.
