📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Innovation Lab, including scheduling, resource allocation, and project management.
• Lead a team of engineers, designers, and researchers in developing and implementing innovative solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the tech industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.
• Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
