📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform comprehensive testing and inspection of semiconductor components and assemblies to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans and procedures for new products and processes.
• Analyze test data and generate reports to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to reduce defects and improve yield.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in semiconductor quality assurance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Proficient in using quality management software such as JIRA, Confluence, and specialized semiconductor testing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
