📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates and staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocking as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Knowledge of inventory management and control.
