📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Lead and manage a team of IT support professionals to ensure high-quality service desk support.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members to resolve IT issues efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to foster a productive work environment.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless IT support services.
• Handle escalated technical issues and provide solutions to complex problems.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support and service desk operations.
• Proven leadership experience in managing IT support teams.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
• Experience in a multicultural environment is a bonus.
