📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor operational staff to maintain high performance standards.,Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall performance.,Conduct regular operational audits to assess performance and identify potential risks.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Proficient in using operational management software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
