📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for customers.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and servicing.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintain accurate records.,Provide training and support to drivers and maintenance staff.,Manage and optimize fleet routes and schedules to improve efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of managing and improving fleet efficiency.,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
