Global Beverage is looking for a skilled and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our outlet in Kudus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the outlet from anywhere while maintaining high standards of performance and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure the outlet meets all health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and organized environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet performance standards and provide excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of products.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in inventory audits and ensure accurate record-keeping.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the beverage industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant management software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with sales and inventory management systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.,Ability to travel to the outlet location as needed.
