📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with team members to achieve operational goals.,Maintain accurate records and reports of operations.,Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.,Assist in the implementation of new operational procedures.,Support the team in maintaining a safe and secure work environment.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.,Provide feedback and suggestions for improving operational processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operational role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,Basic understanding of operational processes and procedures.,Willingness to travel to the Batang office periodically.
