📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, including production, logistics, and customer service.
  • Managing and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Implementing and monitoring operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Leading and mentoring the operations team to achieve company goals.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of employees and visitors to the workplace.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant operational software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.
