📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.,Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly and efficiently.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and followed.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related matters.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and procedures.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
