📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution network to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales teams to meet customer demand and maintain inventory levels.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.,Provide regular reports on distribution activities and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution or sales roles.,Proven track record of managing distribution networks and meeting sales targets.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using distribution management software and tools.,Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
