📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.
  • Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our goals are aligned and that we are working towards common objectives.
  • Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring that we are operating within financial guidelines.
  • Attend and participate in meetings and conferences, both in-person and virtual.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies as needed.
  • Report to senior management on departmental performance and progress.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a Master's degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software and tools.
  • Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and proactivity.
