📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to ensure cost-effective and efficient procurement processes.
  • Manage key stakeholders and build strong relationships to ensure smooth procurement operations.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.
