📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.
  • Documenting patient health information accurately and maintaining patient records.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitoring patient health status and reporting any changes to the healthcare provider.
  • Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
  • Participating in staff meetings and continuing education programs to stay updated on best practices.
  • Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Active registration as a registered nurse with the relevant healthcare board.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Commitment to providing quality patient care.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
