📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage tax consulting projects from inception to completion.,Provide expert tax advice and solutions to clients, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored tax strategies.,Conduct tax audits and reviews, identifying opportunities for tax planning and optimization.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and advise clients accordingly.,Mentor and guide junior tax consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of tax strategies into overall business plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a proven track record of successful projects.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Certification in tax consulting or a related field is a plus.,Experience in working with multinational companies is a plus.,Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
