📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.,Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in product launches and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the laundry or related industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Understanding of market trends and customer needs.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
