📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department,Develop and implement departmental strategies to meet business objectives,Lead and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support,Manage departmental budgets and ensure financial targets are met,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees,Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Proven track record of success in a similar role,Strong understanding of business operations and strategies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with HR and payroll systems,Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
