📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their purchases,Maintain a clean and organized checkout area,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely,Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally,Follow company policies and procedures,Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and transactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role (preferred but not required),Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills, especially in spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
