📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and support to ensure high performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized store.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Handle customer complaints and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Participate in store training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successful store management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
