Indonesia Dairy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for helping our business grow. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our office in Palopo and from home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improvement,Supervise and mentor junior accountants,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus
