📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and performance management.,Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct regular employee surveys to gather feedback and improve workplace conditions.,Support the HR Manager in strategic HR planning and budgeting.,Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
