🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role in a similar industry,Strong understanding of tea production and the tea industry,Proven track record of success in managing teams and operations,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Knowledge of financial management and budgeting,Familiarity with HR practices and labor laws
