CV Bumi Galih is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Site Engineer to join our team in Samarinda. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing a team of engineers and technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and a proven track record of successful project execution.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations,Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians,Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address potential issues,Develop and implement site safety and quality control procedures,Provide technical guidance and support to site personnel,Ensure all site documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Participate in project planning and execution meetings

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.),Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices,Proven experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards,Ability to work effectively in a team environment,Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
