📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.,Monitor food quality and safety, ensuring all food is prepared and served according to standards.,Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team, following all health and safety guidelines.,Keep accurate records of food preparation and usage.,Assist in training and developing junior staff members.,Participate in inventory management and food cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Experience in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment is a plus.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine is a plus.
