Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management team to support business growth and decision-making.,Manage the company's financial planning and analysis processes, including variance analysis and scenario planning.,Oversee the financial performance of the company's subsidiaries and business units.,Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity, including cash forecasting and working capital management.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company's financial resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.,Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
