📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of the distribution process,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs,Conduct regular audits and reviews of the distribution process to identify areas for improvement,Provide support to the Distribution Manager in developing and implementing distribution policies and procedures,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for distribution staff,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all distribution activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
