PT Mandiri Inti is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Branch Manager to join our team in Gunung Kidul. This role is crucial for overseeing branch operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and support to achieve branch goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor branch finances and report to the head office as required.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Represent the branch at meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a financial or service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of financial management and reporting.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
