📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and managing event logistics.,Greet and welcome guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and well-presented banquet area, including tables, linens, and decor.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during events.,Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth event execution.,Handle cash transactions and manage event budgets.,Assist in post-event cleanup and follow-up tasks to ensure a positive guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a hospitality or event staff role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and multitasking skills.,Familiarity with basic event planning and coordination tasks.,Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
