📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Manage inventory and implement stock control systems using POS software like QuickBooks or SAP.
• Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with the central office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy using handheld scanners and RFID technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing store operations and improving sales performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with retail software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar POS systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
