In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, preparing job descriptions, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating training programs and workshops for employees.,Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a professional and timely manner.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making processes.,Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including HR files and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
