Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management team.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.,Manage the company's payroll and benefits administration.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
