📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create user guides and other collateral materials,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational resources,Provide technical support to customers and end-users as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy,Experience with technical documentation tools and software,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies,Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
