📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations for bauxite and nickel shipments, ensuring seamless transportation and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to manage logistics processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Optimize logistics operations by leveraging advanced tools and technologies, such as SAP, JDA, or similar systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards, and maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the team to drive continuous improvement and innovation in logistics processes.
• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics documentation, including shipping schedules, manifests, and invoices.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on bauxite and nickel shipments.
• Proven track record of managing logistics operations and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, JDA, or similar systems.
